("Resistance Studio", "us", "we" or "our") when you use our game applications (the "Apps") or website (the "Website"). We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy and any updates hereto when you access our Apps or Website to stay up to date about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy. Xbox Games - Collection of Information 

Microsoft makes available to us Xbox Live data, game data, and performance/error data for our title(s) on Xbox, including partially identifiable user data in order to determine crashes in and sales of our Xbox games. We view this data in a transitory way via the secure web tools they provide to us and we do not store, share, sell or otherwise process this data in any way.
Subject to an End User's additional authorization or instructions to the contrary, we will only use Xbox End User data in connection with our direct business relationship with Microsoft, and will not transfer or sell the Personal Data to any third party except to contractually bound sub-processors operating on behalf of Resistance Studio. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to any Personal Data, Resistance Studio hereby certifies that it understands the above restrictions and will comply with them.
